Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
A 10% restocking fee may apply to change-of-mind returns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Third-party payment processing fees (e.g., Afterpay, PayPal) are non-refundable. You may choose a store credit for the full value or a refund minus these fees.
