Refunds Policy
At Pool & Spa Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and tags included. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.You will need to supply photos of an item with your email
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. This will be at our discretion and will depend on the circumstances of the return.
