The G40 is equipped with overload protection and over-sensing capabilities, ensuring the chlorinator remains safe from accidental salt overdosing. If the salt level becomes too high, the unit will cut power to the cell, display an alert, and continue circulating the water to stir in the salt before resuming chlorine production. This feature is especially useful when adding large amounts of salt after rain.
Additionally, the battery-backed Grasslin timer ensures your chlorinator maintains accurate time even during power outages. The unit also boasts a stronger, tinted front cover for added protection against sun exposure and harsh weather conditions.
